Oversees recruitment, onboarding, staff development, appraisals, and workplace culture initiatives.Payrolls Manages employee grievances, policy formulation, and compliance with labor laws and institutional policies.
Projects & Development
Plans, initiates, and supervises infrastructure projects, renovations, and campus development activities. Ensures timely execution and quality compliance of physical and capital development works.

Facility Management
